Name a case in which hype ruined your reading experience:  Well, I haven't read Allegiant yet but that's because 1) it's never in at the library and 2) exactly because the hype for the Divergent series made it extremely easy to find spoilers everywhere. Particularly ONE SPOILER. So..yeah. *sigh* Also (don't hate me), I discovered Daughter of Smoke & Bone because of the hype, but I feel like it gave me really high expectations of the book.
