Life of a Random

It's that time of the year again. School. (It's actually slightly terrifying that I'm a sophomore already.) Last school year   really messed up my blogging flow. I had been getting into a good rhythm (summer of 2014), but moving to a new college (2 hours away from home I might add) and taking new classes-- It was stressful. And when I’m stressed out about school, reading is the furthest thing from my mind. I’m a nerd like that. But blogging is a huge part of my life. It has been for the past few years. And I don’t want to stop anytime soon. SO, here’s my new plan that I will try my hardest to stick to. It involves a few, small changes. 1. I will now be posting, at the minimum, once a week. Now, if I have time I will try to slip in another post in the middle of the week around… say Wednesday. But that’s not a given. What IS going to happen is that there will be a post on the blog every Sunday. 2. Many of these posts will be pre-written and scheduled. I...

This is my first weekend home since I moved to college. I know I haven't been posting regularly with the exception of my Sunday Swoons posts but that's to be expected with the new schedule and everything. So, I have decided to give you the run-down of a tentative new posting schedule. Hopefully it works out...If I make more changes, I'll be sure to let you know about them. My Plan TO TAKE OVER ALL CHOCOLATE RESERVES. Mwuahahahaha.  Eh. Just kidding. (Mostly.) My blogging plan for now is to have posts up for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Sundays, of course, will be for the Swoons posts or maybe sometimes another post added to that one. Fridays and Saturdays will be for my reviews and discussion posts. I am feeling very accomplished today because several things on my to-do list have been checked off. I...     Submitted an essay for a scholarship in time.     Finished my reading assignment for Sociology earl y .     Got caught up on my Economics homework.      Went shopping for clothes for a scholarship banquet.      Scheduled a campus (college) visit.     Bought a present for my mom's birthday.    Acquired three books from a certain used-books store. *wink,    wink* These are a few of the reasons that I didn't post every day in the last half of the past week and I am so glad that they are done and out of the way.
